Site Control
We work with brokers to help identify suitable land or property to acquire for a development. In certain cases, we have helped our clients negotiate purchase agreements contingent upon grant funding awards; therefore, achieving site control per the application requirements with the least amount of risk. The purchase of existing property comes with potentially significant risks. We mitigate these risks through comprehensive due diligence processes and teamwork.

Entitlements, Design & Permitting
We carefully help select architects, engineers and consultants that have applicable experience and, where achievable, local knowledge and relationships with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). This, in combination with us engaging early with the AHJ, has proved successful on previous projects, especially those that utilize alternative construction systems that AHJ's have little to no experience of.

Construction Management
We pride ourselves in thoroughly planning projects and engaging the various project delivery team members at the appropriate stages of the Preconstruction process. Logistics planning is especially critical for modular/ offsite construction projects, as the time advantages of such projects can be lost if a detailed process is not created and agreed by the relevant parties. Operations & Compliance
We ensure a comprehensive and efficient handover from construction to property management. Most grant funding agreements include compliance items that relevant parties need to be made aware of. If engaged to do so, we provide compliance periodic monitoring and reporting throughout the term of the funding agreement.
